Refund Policy for Digital Products
Thank you for shopping with Love of Hair Artistry! Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly, we maintain the following refund policy.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
This applies to all of our digital products, including but not limited to:
- Notion templates and systems
- Digital planners, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Website templates (Squarespace, Showit, etc.)
- Online courses and mini-trainings
- Web app subscriptions and tools
- Ebooks and digital guides
- Bundled or discounted product packages
Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. That's why we provide:
- Detailed product descriptions and feature lists on every sales page
- Screenshots and previews showing exactly what's included
- Video walkthroughs (where available) so you can see the product in action
- FAQ sections addressing common questions
- A contact email so you can ask questions before purchasing

When We Will Help
While we don't offer refunds, we absolutely want you to be able to use what you purchased. If you experience any of the following, contact us and we'll get it sorted:
- Broken or missing access link — We'll resend it immediately
- Duplication or download errors — We'll walk you through the fix or provide an alternative link
- Accidental duplicate purchase — If you were charged twice for the same product, we'll refund the duplicate charge
- Product not as described — If what you received is materially different from what was shown on the sales page, reach out and we'll make it right
Subscriptions + Recurring Products
For any products with recurring billing (web app tools, membership access, etc.):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
- Access continues through the end of your current paid period after cancellation
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly at connect@loveofhair.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're real people and we respond quickly — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in loss of access to all purchased products.
